Terms of Service

By accessing or using Acquisition AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms govern access to the Acquisition AI web application, API, and any related services.

Access is granted to authorized dealership personnel and Acquisition AI staff. You agree to use the service only for legitimate vehicle acquisition and appraisal workflows at a licensed automotive dealership.

Acquisition AI is provided "as is." Pricing intelligence, max-buy calculations, and projected list prices are informational only. The operator of the dealership is solely responsible for purchase decisions, regulatory compliance, and bid confirmations. We make no guarantee of accuracy of any specific valuation.

You retain all rights to your dealership's inventory data, VINs uploaded for appraisal, and any custom configuration. Acquisition AI retains rights to the underlying aggregated market data, scrapers, models, and software.

Either party may terminate access at any time with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your account access is revoked and your dealership-specific data is retained per the data retention policy in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kendall County, Texas.
